As your health and wellness coach I will both motivate you and hold you accountable. We’ll get clear on your goals together and I’ll share practical, tangible tools and educational materials (if you want them!) – because I believe knowledge is power and that change can happen once we really understand WHY. pantry refresh (virtual or in-person)
Get excited for a total overhaul and recategorizing of your pantry, fridge and freezer. We will go through the contents together to create a more nutrient dense food stock in your home that allows you to easily cook meals from scratch (and get rid of what is no longer serving you). This is not about depriving you of foods that truly bring you pleasure. It's about creating an awareness of how to balance nutrition and enjoyment.
Cooking Lesson (virtual or in-person)
A one-on-one cooking class to teach you to do more than just follow a recipe. You’ll learn how to use your intuition with my guidance along with techniques and short cuts to make meal planning, shopping, and cooking easy. It
4-week Custom Meal Plan + health coaching (virtual)
This is perfect for those of us that may lack creativity in the kitchen and want a custom plan to keep them on track. It’s also perfect for those of us that want to spend 15 minutes in the kitchen each day and for those of us who want to spend an hour in the kitchen (goodness bless you!). If you’re craving a little more personalization and accountability when it comes to cooking in the kitchen this is the package for you. First, you’ll fill out a questionnaire where you share your health goals, dietary restrictions, likes/dislikes, allergies, etc. Then, I get to creating a custom meal plan for you (and your family if you want to make it a family affair). You’ll receive a fresh 7-day meal plan each week (which you have the chance to have me revise - I want to make sure you love all the recipes I give you!) and 4 weekly 30 minute coaching calls to check in on your progress, discuss next week’s meal plan, and keep you accountable. Ayurvedic Cleanse (virtual or kitchari cleanse delivery)
Feeling sluggish, bloated, tired and unfocused? It’s time to hit the reset button! I can guide you trough a safe and effective detox program where you not only will lose some weight, but feel rejuvenated, energized and glowing again. I believe it’s important to cleanse our bodies from time to time. Ayurveda is a huge fan of seasonal detoxes. A lot of detoxes on the market can be too intense, high in sugar or put your body into starvation mode where you’ll gain weight once you stop the cleanse. Health coaching (virtual)
We create a customized plan for you based on your needs. We will cover habit change, sustainable lifestyle shifts, food, exercise, mindfulness and overall well-being. Typically we will start with a 60 or 90-minute session and continue with 30-minute weekly follow-ups.
