It proved to be a holistic experience where you were asked to be mindful and reflective. One thing that also really resonated with me was the levels of the cleanse. Natasha provided amazing information that let me tailor the cleanse to my own health goals. She was available to answer my questions and was just fun and encouraging through the entire process.
