Natasha's meals were easy to make and delicious to eat! There were meals that I would have never thought of to make on my own that have quickly turned into favorites! Every weekly meal plan was easy to follow as it came with a weekly grocery list, all recipes, and a meal calendar. I would not have been able to get through the Whole 30 without her and her services!
